Michelle Doucette

Michelle has been living and serving her community in Central Alberta for more than a decade. You may recognize her from her many years as a server and manager at Tony Roma’s in Red Deer or from her continued service at Albert's Red Deer & Same Old Dave’s. If you know good ribs and wings, then you know Michelle!

The other side of her professional persona is as a social marketing expert. Her understanding of social media’s powerful applications for local business targeting has put her in rooms across Alberta as an executive trainer and speaker on social psychology, content strategy, e-commerce and online success. Michelle helps business owners and marketing professionals capitalize on their digital presence.

As a monthly donor and teamBUILD participant, she is excited to get involved with the Habitat Board. Being born in Red Deer, this place has always felt like home and she and her husband have enjoyed being part of the community and raising their 3 children here.

We recognize that the land on which we work, gather, and live is within the territory of the Blackfoot, Tsuu T’ina, and Stoney Nakoda peoples and that the Central Alberta region we serve falls under Treaty 6, traditional Métis, Cree, and Saulteaux territory. We acknowledge and honour the First Peoples who have lived here since time immemorial. We stand with the Indigenous peoples of Alberta and continue to advocate for reconciliation.
