Volunteers are the hands and hearts that make it possible for Central Alberta families to find stability in affordable homeownership.

Volunteer Opportunities

At Habitat for Humanity Red Deer, we believe in the power of volunteers! Join us for these volunteer opportunities:

  1. ReStore Support: Help out the great team at the ReStore with inventory, customer service, and assisting in the warehouse

  2. teamBUILD: Invest in your company, co-workers, and community and make a lasting impact in the lives of hard-working Central Alberta families.  Your team will be able to look back and say, "We helped build that home!"

Have a question about volunteering? Please contact Alexis at alexis.forbes@habitatreddeer.ca or call 03-309-6080 ext 103. â€‹

We recognize that the land on which we work, gather, and live is within the territory of the Blackfoot, Tsuu T’ina, and Stoney Nakoda peoples and that the Central Alberta region we serve falls under Treaty 6, traditional Métis, Cree, and Saulteaux territory. We acknowledge and honour the First Peoples who have lived here since time immemorial. We stand with the Indigenous peoples of Alberta and continue to advocate for reconciliation.
